The KVK is a grass root-level institution designed and developed to impart need based and skill oriented, short and long term vocational training course to farmer, from women, un-employed youth, school dropouts and landless labours.
Besides it is an excellent example of participatory and cooperative approach in which the members of farming community, officers of the line Departments, the Research Organizations, collectively try to solve technological needs of the farming community of a particular district.
